Ivan Dalia

Composer, Jazz quintet leader and piano soloist, Ivan Dalia was born in Teverola, a small industrial town near Naples, he is blind from birth. From the start Ivan made music his life, attending the Conservatory of Music in Naples from the age of 11, graduating in piano and composition in 2016 with the highest honours. Ivan has participated in several Jazz Festivals, at Marechiaro Jazz Festival, 2006 he played and improvised with the jazz harmonica legend, Toots Thielemans. In 2007 he won the the International Award for Blind Musicians in Kursk, Russia.
